While Greystone Castle feels as though it’s been around for at least a century, it’s actually fairly new. The manor was built in 1990 by a pair of Boulder natives, drawing inspiration from historic European castles. You will have those classic storybook settings, but you will also have a space outfitted with all the modern amenities you could need for your celebration, including a world-class chef!

Located on 70 private acres, Greystone Castle has endless spots you can use for your wedding. Your day will start inside the manor, where you will have plenty of space to get ready alongside your wedding party. Bust open that champagne and take some pics as you spend time preparing for the best day ever!

For your ceremony, the back meadow is a space unlike any other. A wooden aisle leads you to an altar overlooking the plains with trees and mountains making up your backdrop. This area is able to host up to 250 guests.

Once your ceremony is over, your guests can head back to the manor, where they can enjoy cocktails as you wander across the scenic property, taking pics. Finally, you can have your reception near the house in the open-sided tent overlooking the landscaping. If you do prefer something a little more intimate, you can reserve one of their indoor private dining rooms, where you will have enough space for up to 50 guests.

As a photographer, I can tell you from experience that Greystone Castle is perfect for wedding portraits! The interiors are dramatic with a baby grand piano, sweeping staircases, and elevated furniture. It’s my favorite for editorial couple’s portraits. Outside, you are going to have countless spots, including the open meadows, the walkways, the private balconies, and the doorway. With Greystone, you will have your choice of intimate and picturesque backdrops.

While there’s so much you are going to love about this venue, their all-inclusive package is what makes them the best around. When you book this location, you are going to have food, drinks, rentals, serving staff, shuttle transfers, and tents all built into your package. By the way, their chefs are experts who are able to work around a wide range of dietary restrictions.

If you are looking for a Colorado venue for your mountain wedding, I think you are about to fall in love with the Greystone Castle wedding venue. Now, it’s time to find the photographer who will be there to capture it all. I can help with that, too!
