Details of the Grounds
Tayvin Gardens has several sites you can use throughout your wedding weekend. The House at Tayvin sleeps up to 12 people and offers gourmet meals. You can host your rehearsal on-site, crash in one of the cozy rooms, and have a space to get ready ahead of your ceremony. Even if you don’t rent out The House, they offer a bridal suite and a groom’s room inside their main building (named The Venue), so you’ll still have a spot to prepare.
The namesake gardens are ideal for your ceremony. The stairs leading from The Venue into the courtyard will give you that big and dramatic entrance you’ve been dreaming about! You can exchange vows in front of the gate as your guests watch from the manicured lawn. From there, you’ll head out on the property to take pictures while the rest of the crowd enjoys drinks around the outdoor fireplace. Then, once it’s time for your reception, you can head over to The Venue, where you will have a ballroom for your indoor party. This space has all the modern accommodations you could need while still offering the same charm you’d find in historic English manors. You can dine between stone archways before dancing all night beneath crystal chandeliers. With the ability to host up to 400 guests, this space is wonderful for parties of all sizes!

With the gardens, you are going to have endless spots for your pictures. Tayvin Gardens is located on over 36 acres and features premium views of surrounding nature. The hidden ruins are always a popular spot for romantic portraits while the sun-filled courtyard is perfect for group pics. The arches on the exterior of the building are also fabulous for pictures with your wedding party!

Tayvin Gardens is going to work with you to make sure planning is as simple as possible. Ahead of your wedding, you will work with their catering team to create the right menu for your party. They have an exclusive planner and coordinator who will help you put all the details into place. You can also rent any additional equipment you might need straight from the venue.
