Completed in 2022, Nichols Heir is an exclusive wedding venue. Since the very beginning, their goal has been simple: create a luxury estate where you can have a day completely tailored to your needs. Across the 100 acres, you will find several venues, each with its own charm. From the beginning of the planning process all the way through final farewells, this spot has everything you need for a seamless day! 

Details of the Grounds

Nichols Heir has been thoughtfully built to ensure you have a spot for every part of your wedding. Your day will begin with access to the bridal suite and the groom’s lounge. Both of these spaces have been designed to provide you with dreamy backdrops for your getting ready photos. 

For your ceremony, you will have several options. If you want to take full advantage of those mountain views, might I suggest The Garden? This circular site puts you at the edge of the foothills, giving you panoramic views of the surrounding nature. The area is able to hold up to 150 guests. If you would prefer something indoors, you can use The Grand Hall, where you will have soaring white walls, a cathedral ceiling, and floor-to-ceiling windows. 

Once it’s time for your cocktail hour, your guests can gather on the patio of The Glass House, where they can enjoy drinks with a view! From there, they can head inside the jewel box building for your reception. The Glass House was built to celebrate the best of nature while providing modern luxuries, such as heating and cooling. The surrounding greenery takes this simple space and makes it downright romantic! With 2000 feet of framed windows showing off the surrounding woods, you’ll have the garden party of your dreams!  

Photography Opportunities

With Nichols Heir, every spot is picture-perfect for wedding portraits! The Grand Hall features a staircase ideal for dramatic portraits showing off your gown. Once it’s time for your first look pics, you can use the stone path leading to The Garden. The venue also offers meadows and balconies with the Smoky Mountains in the backdrop.
